About

Why I do this work

I build onboarding and training for small teams who do not have anyone whose job this is.

I have spent seven years in people operations, recruiting, and learning and development. Most recently at Everway, where I rebuilt global onboarding and supported learning programs for over 600 employees.

The pattern I kept running into is that the process is not usually missing. It is spread across an inbox, a folder, and one person's memory. Small teams do not need an enterprise system to fix that. They need what they already do written down once, in a form somebody else can pick up.

That is the work. We start small, use the tools you have, and leave you with something you can run on your own.

How I work

How I use AI
in the work.

WHERE IT HELPS

Drafting from your own material.

It turns approved documents into first drafts: checklists, lesson outlines, action lists. I check every line against your sources before you see any of it. This is a large part of why a tested 30-day plan costs what it does.

WHERE IT DOES NOT

Anything about a person.

No employment decisions, no candidate scoring, and no real employee records without your written approval. Nothing reaches your team without my review and your approver's sign-off. When a step cannot be done safely this way, I do it by hand and tell you which step that was.

WHAT YOU KEEP

Your AI starter pack.

Six to eight prompts written against your processes, a reviewer checklist for catching what a draft gets wrong, and a one-page policy your team can follow. Included in every project, whatever you booked it for.

Every AI-drafted deliverable has a manual fallback. If the tool is unavailable, or your organisation decides against using it, the process still works.

Practical details

Common questions.

Do we need to buy AI tools or new software?

No. We start with the tools you have. If a paid tool would help, I will show you the use case and the cost and let you decide. None of my packages require one.

Our leadership is nervous about AI. Is that a problem?

It is a reason to talk, not a reason to stay away. Plenty of teams are already using AI informally with no rules around it, which is the riskier position to be in. The AI Assist Setup exists to replace that with something written down. If your organisation decides against AI altogether, every onboarding deliverable still works, because I build the manual version either way.

We are small and our budget is tighter than that.

Start with the $350 audit. It is a real deliverable, it is credited in full if you book a project within 30 days, and it tells both of us whether the larger piece is worth doing.

What do you need from us?

Roughly three hours in total: one 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager, whatever documents already exist, and one person who can approve content. If you cannot name that person, the project will stall, and that is worth knowing before we start.

Will you make HR decisions for us?

No. I build workflows, templates, and training. Your people stay accountable for employment decisions and legal compliance. For legal opinions or formal compliance audits, I will tell you plainly that you need a different specialist.

What happens when the project ends?

You own the files and the accounts, I remove my access, and you have written instructions for updating things. If you want ongoing help later, we scope it separately. There is no subscription, and nothing stops working if you do not buy more.

Tell me what keeps
getting missed.

Twenty minutes about one real process. You will leave with a clear next step whether or not you hire me, and if I am not the right fit I will say so.
