Every project covers one role, one team, and one workspace, which keeps it small enough to finish. Your AI starter pack is included in all three.

Onboarding Setup

One role gets a first-30-days plan, a manager checklist, and a tracker that names an owner and a due date for every step. It also includes one short lesson covering the skill that role needs in week one.

$1,200 · 10 business days · founding rate (standard $1,800)

What you provide, and what you receive

You provide: up to five source documents, roughly 25 pages, access to one workspace you already use, and one person who can approve content. About three hours of your team's time in total.

You receive: editable files you own, a workspace set up and tested with a sample hire, a recorded walkthrough, written upkeep instructions, and your AI starter pack. One consolidated round of revisions is included.

Not included: custom software, payroll or HRIS changes, legal or compliance sign-off, and connected automations.

AI Assist Setup

Your team is probably using AI already, without much guidance around it. This puts structure in place: a prompt library built on your real documents, written rules for who reviews what, an hour of hands-on training, and a one-page policy covering what should never be pasted in.

$1,200 · 7 business days · founding rate (standard $1,800)

What this covers, and what it does not

You receive: a shortlist of the recurring writing tasks worth drafting with AI and the ones that are not, six to eight prompts written against your own documents, a reviewer checklist for catching errors, a 60-minute team session, and a plain-English use policy.

Not included: connected automations, anything touching your HRIS, anything that scores or decides on a person, and legal sign-off on your policy. No new subscription is required.

SOP-to-Training Starter

You have a procedure people are supposed to follow and mostly do not. It becomes a plain-language job aid, one 15-minute lesson, and a practice exercise with an answer key.

$950 · 5 business days · founding rate (standard $1,400)

What you provide, and what you receive

You provide: one approved procedure of up to 10 pages, one audience, and one reviewer.

You receive: the job aid, the lesson, the practice exercise with its answer key, and an editable source file.

Not included: video production and LMS setup.

Onboarding Audit $350

Two short interviews and a review of your current materials. You get a map of how the process runs today and a ranked list of what to fix first. Credited in full against any project you book within 30 days.

Onboarding Pilot $600

One role's first week only: checklist, tracker, and a 30-minute handoff. A smaller commitment if you want to see how I work before booking the full month.

Editable files, a walkthrough, and instructions for keeping it current. You own everything and I remove my access.

You see the first deliverable before you pay the balance. If it is not useful, tell me and the second half is waived. Keep the work or do not, whichever you prefer. 50% at booking, 50% once you accept the finished work.

How payment works

The audit is paid up front and credited in full against any project you book within 30 days. Projects are 50% at booking and 50% once you accept the finished work. For schools and universities I will work through your vendor registration and purchase order process instead. Tell me early, since that usually adds a couple of weeks.

What is always included

Your AI starter pack, one consolidated round of revisions, editable source files you own outright, and a 14-day window after handoff to correct anything I got wrong. Scope changes are quoted before I start them, so you will not see a surprise invoice for work you already agreed to.

Grant-funded? Capacity-building and professional-development budgets usually cover this kind of work. I am happy to write the scope in whatever form your funder needs.
